Activity level & reputation are getting higher by growing up the class level. You can have a certain level icon in front of the character name by the class level.
What is dignity?
Dignity is the level(max 100) for the honor, regardless of repututaion. You have a Dishonor title & deformed icon if the dignity is getting down.
(though reputation is high)
