Nostale is an online role playing game with three different character classes and up to 9 sub classes. You are recruited into nos camp to fight against the mysterious devil creatures that travel through breaches in time and space. But Soon you find out that there is more than just fighting monsters and embark on a quest to unravel the mystery behind the sleeping fernon tree and the political turmoil surrounding it.

  Nostale global server is the official Nostale International Server in English.

  We do not have any geographical filters on users. However, due to the licensing issue, players from certain countries may not connect the game. If you are facing any issues in connecting to our servers, please contact us through 1:1 contact support or report to us via support@nostale.net.

  You can start by downloading and installing the Nostale game client from here. After which you need to register for a Nostale account to connect to the server. Then launch game by clicking on the desktop icon.

  Nostale is completely free to play. No subscription fee is required to play the game. The client is also completely free and we do not charge for the download.

  You can speak to a GM via mail or through 1:1 support. To get the quickest response from support team, please speak to them through 1:1 contact support. GM’s may not reply to you inside the game and hence avoid making queries or giving important information without being asked inside the game chat.

  GM or GAME MASTER is an official helper inside the game. They are very knowledgeable with the game and ensure a smooth gaming experience for you. Sometimes they act like a police inside the game when there is a breach to the rules of conduct.

If you are questioned about certain facts pertaining to your activities online please provide the required information swiftly and correctly.

  There are only two things you shouldn’t tell a GM.
i. Your account password. The GM will not ask for it and even if they do you have the right to resist.
ii. Your favourite swear word. Foul language will just worsen your case further so kindly refrain.

  We strongly advise against sharing of accounts with friends, family, soulmate and whoever else that you strongly trust. We don’t question your trust but we merely see it as a vulnerability that compromises your account security. We can and may refuse certain account services if your account is known to be shared with another person.

  It is illegal to host a Nostale server without prior permission from Entwell. Doing so can and will result in judicial proceedings against you.

  Can you login to the game but not in the forum. If so then inform a forum mod through Nostale support.

  Yes. An internet connection is mandatory to play Nostale. The moment you disconnect from the internet you will be disconnected from the server and any changes that your character may do will not be updated on the server.

  Scamming is a form of cheating in online games. For example fixing a deal for a certain item and then exchanging the wrong item. This is strictly prohibited in Nostale. Scammers will be punished.

  Spamming is continuously sending out text messages in a chat window in quick successions and often with repetitive content. This is strictly prohibited in Nostale. Spammers will be penalized.

  Take a screenshot by pressing your “print screen” button. You will find the image file stored in the game directory. Post a message with the screenshot in 1:1 contact support or send a mail to us with the screenshot and any additional information you can provide to us explaining the bug.
